I downloaded this game thinking it wouldnt be too much better or even worse than the previous game. But boy was I wrong! There are amazing graphics and music mixed with an amazing campaign including science fiction and interstellar travel. Take my word for it and listen to the majority. Buy this game!!

I bought this game awhile back and now have time to play it. The game is one of the better space games on iOS, but every time I start up the app and resume from where I left off, Im bombarded with nearly-full screen popups of a new free-to-play game theyre pushing. Its a tacky and intrusive way to market it, especially in a game thats considered a "purchase once" type. Unfortunately, theres no way to turn this off and it detracts from the fun.

This is by far the best mobile game Ive had, the game is perfect except for in my opinion it still needs multiplayer, ik this could be difficult but something simple like making supernova challenge mode multiplayer will bring in loads of money and give player something to work for after beating the game. Ty and Gl developers!

I Love this game it is so much fun!!!!! But can u make the 3rd one compatible with all devices so that way I can have access to that one?! I really enjoy this game and would love to play the 3rd one!!!!!!!!

This is the gold standard for the potential of mobile gaming. This is a full featured game in mobile form. Unfortunately modern games have went away from this, but this game shows the potential.

Fun game. Cool open mission-based concept

I got this game when they offered it to players for free, and I wasnt expecting too much from it. What I ended up getting was a game with an incredible story and exciting combat along with a wide variety of missions and upgrades for your ship, and it was endlessly fun to freely fly around the galaxy and destroy enemies while also earning cash to get awesome upgrades for my ship. I even bought both DLCs for this game and they are both extremely fun to play and add many hours of gameplay and a ton of new items. This game is a 10/10 and I recommend it to anyone who is willing to try it.

I would go as far as saying this is THE BEST mobile game out there. It offers everything a game should! You wont regret it!

Fantastic game, but I played (and paid) for all the add ons in the old version. Why cant I restore them? Why do I feel like this is just a cash grab to appeal to older, dedicated players who dont like GOF3s formula? Still, I cant really rate this down too much; its a fantastic game for new players, and I personally think that GOF2s open world (ish) trading exploration with chuckle worthy dialogue and endearing characters far outshine GOF3s mission based approach. Even the expansions in GOF2 are well worth the money on content and Ive got more enjoyment out of this little phone games few paid dlc than the entirety of huge titles like Destiny. I absolutely LOVE this game. It deserves a 5 star, but I dont want to pay 15+ dollars for expansions I already own, just in a higher quality. Maybe a dollar or two to convert old dlc purchases?

When I started playing this game I had the not so bright idea of mining for an hour and a half to afford a weapon (that isnt even that good) right at the beginning of the game. And that is why I love this game, it is so open ended it will let you waste your time or be a pirate or be a trader or miner or what ever you want! It is simply the most amazing game Ive ever played (On iOS, sorry but Elite/EliteDangerous Got me their). I would suggest this over 1 and especially 3!

what should I say everything is perfect just the graphics are not same as Gof3. Please add more DLC to gof 2. Guys if you think/want more dlc to be added to gof 2 write a review about it. Im just disappointed so about gof 3, I will just continue playing gof 2 its been two years I have been playing. I was so excited for gof3 and now Im just so disappointed.

This game is amazing but... Manticore I have been waiting for ever for it to come out and when it does I cant play it on either of my devices because they are to old... I have an IPad 4th Gen and an IPhone 4S Can you please make it work. Please I love these games but I dont want this to be case for me to stop playing. And yes I have tried to upgrade but my household doesnt have that kind of money.

Honestly, this game is amazing. However, it disappoints me how little content there is without (paid) DLC. Also, post-story is just... Eh. Not a lot there, except buying a space station. But even that can be bought with real money, and thats much easier than what you normally do. Additionally, in a recent play through, the music and dialogue was not functioning whatsoever. Still, this game is extremely enjoyable. Play at your own risk, because you may become addicted, like me. this game is still good. 4/5 would play again

I own this game and every DLC. It has voice acted story, character depth and a lot of customization. Get better ships, weapons, and equipment. Gather resources and build the ultimate weapons and ship equipment components. Discover unmarked star systems and spend hours mindlessly hoarding resources or blast away space pirates for their booty. *Really annoying ad spam for other fish lab games now.

This game is a very high quality open world game with an interesting storyline full of cliff hangers. Love it.
